CNN’s Rick Sanchez takes on Joe the Plumber, and boy did I love watching thisĀ media hogĀ get a verbal beat down from Sanchez. We get to hear “welfare Joe” discuss his strong “principles” that lead him to view Obama’s tax plan as flawed, and socialist.
Is it just me or do tall bald-headed white men who suspiciously hate a black candidate even though he cannot explain why calls another man “brother’ is has a slight white supremacist feel to it?
Now I am going to rant about being average in America….
What is the big deal about average Joe’s? Uh, hello..they’re average..that’s why nobody cares about them unless they need a poster child for average pathetic American loser to rile up a flat-lined campaign every 4 years. Mark my words, niether Palin or McCain gives a crap about Joe. Now that they don’t need him any more I doubt they will even mention his name again.
Remember, average Joe’s are average in bed, average in their ability to provide, average in looks, average in net worth, average average average. They drive average cars, and live in average homes, with average yards, and average clothes. No one strives to be average on purpose! NO ONE!
This is how I knew that Palin and McCain were out of touch with the American people. They did not realize that NO ONE in America wants to be average, even though most of us are. Using “joe the plumber” was only successful for the base lunatic fringe crowd that followed Palin around like a Beatle. They ran a 1996 style campaign in 2008 and in many ways we should be grateful for their ignorance. The Karl Rove playbook is dead…at least for now
McCain and Palin did not realize how much they helped Obama win this election with this unimpressive, flacid excuse of a middle America mascot you imported to your failing campaign. Joe “the disaster” Plumber…The country owes a great debt of gratitude.
